The in-game guide is a relatively new type of guide that is now available in the Zygor Guide for World of Warcraft. The Zygor Guide gives players directions and information about their game within the game itself. On-screen tips and guidance assists players as they work to complete their quests and move up a level. It helps you choose your path and make your decisions as you go along. We took a look at this guide and here is what we found.

A new style of gaming guide, the Zygor Guide provides players with two windows that provide information about their game and tips on how to play to the best advantage. The windows have different purposes and uses and are each beneficial in their own way.

The big window is comprehensive and offers all the information you’ll need to level up quickly as it guides you through your quests by showing coordinates and other important details necessary to complete your quest and records the steps that have already been completed so you do not unnecessarily go back to them. It also offers helpful information on the next task.

The screen can be rather large and cumbersome though. It takes up quite a bit of room on your computer screen so it must be used wisely so it does not interfere with your play. That would pretty much defeat the purpose of using a guide anyway wouldn’t it? But with that said, it most definitely offers valuable information that will greatly enhance your play.

The second window provided by the Zygor Guide is much smaller and also transparent, a feature we really liked as it does not block your view of the game at all. That’s a good thing because you will want to leave this window open all the time. It provides guidance on a player’s immediate task and gives you everything you need to complete it.

The Zygor Guide also provides the World of Warcraft player with an arrow that points the player’s character in the direction they should go. This makes completing a quest much faster and easier. The arrow blends well into the game and you don’t feel as if it’s bothersome or out of place. Newbies will find this very helpful.

Another feature of the Zygor Guide are Waypoints. Waypoints are visible points on both the large map and the small one that reveal the direction of play when the player’s cursor is moved over them. They are very helpful in deciding which way to go next when you complete a task and are ready to move on to the next one as you work to complete your quest.

We found the Zygor Horde and Alliance leveling guide to be an excellent option for both experience and inexperienced World of Warcraft players. The guide set up can be customized to suit you. The size of the windows and the opacity can be adjusted, as well as, the size of the icons and waypoints. It is a very user friendly program and we recommend it to any player who is interested in becoming a premier World of Warcraft player.
