Asus has created a great product that to take mobile experience to the next level. The Asus Eee PC is their new creation, is a laptop but half of the size of a normal one, very light on weight with just 0.92Kg and one of the most affordable laptop on the market.

The Asus Eee PC has a small storage with only 4GB of flash drive but this is one of the things that makes this laptop affordable and the other good thing is that has SSD “Solid State Disk ” which mean this little laptop is shock proof so you don’t have to worry about any loss of data in case if you drop it. But if you need more storage space you can just hook up an external drive on the USB port and in case you want to uses any kind of CD’s you’ll have to get an external optical drive as well because the Asus does not have optical drive on it. But like portable device you’ll be just transferring all the info, media or documents from your main PC or just plug in from a flash drive or external hard drive.

Another feature about this laptop is its operating system; it uses a customized version of Linux created by Xantros . And they’ve made a great job with it because is very easy to use, well designed, simple to find the applications with a great graphics interface and makes it very user friendly so that even little kids can use it. It has tabs of categories Internet- Work- Play- Learn- Favorites- Settings. Very cool that anyone can use it as can be the first laptop for kids, entertainment on the move for anyone or adults to take all their media and work documents.
